JWUMC particiaptes in Family Promise Ministry that brings shelter, meals, and support services to families without homes. Family promise is a cost efficient, effective, and replicable community response to family homelessness. One or two weeks per year, our church host these families whom Family Promise sends. We always welcom any volunteer for this ministry.

Church Communication Ministry Team has the following objectives:
- to communicate church information to the congregation,
- to maintain church website, and
- to communicate informtion through the outdoor church sign for special events.
To serve this ministry effectively but not necessarily, the ministers with the Spiritual Gifts of Service or Administration. In addition, a technical skill in website is needed.
